Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

At Forgotten Spirits, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. We aim to ensure all products arrive in perfect condition. You have the right to cancel your order and return goods within 30 days of purchase (excluding perishable, personalised, or non-returnable items).

If you are not satisfied with any product, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange, provided you notify us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will only reimburse the return shipping costs if the items were delivered in error or are damaged or defective.

Returned products must be in good condition and in the original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Returning Items

You are responsible for the cost of returning products unless the items were delivered in error or arrived damaged or defective. It is also your responsibility to insure any return shipments, as we may claim compensation for any damages sustained in transit.

Cancellations

If you are a non-business customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it. This excludes orders for personalised or non-returnable items. To cancel your order, please notify us in writing before the end of the cancellation period. If you have already received the goods, you must return them to us at your own expense and in the condition they were received.

You are responsible for the cost and insurance of returning the product(s) until we receive them. We reserve the right to arrange for the collection of the goods at your cost if they are not returned within 30 days of cancellation.

Exchanges & Returns

We are happy to exchange products for any reason, provided you inform us within seven working days of receiving the goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item and any applicable insurance. Refunds for returned items will only be processed if they are received in the same condition as when shipped.

  • If the exchanged product is of lesser value than the original, we will refund the difference.
  • If the exchanged product is of greater value, additional payment will be required.
  • New shipping and handling charges will apply for exchanged products.

Please retain your original invoice as proof of purchase. We will process your refund or exchange as soon as we receive the returned item.

Damaged & Wrong Goods

Damaged Parcels
If your parcel shows clear signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery, do not accept it. Please ask the courier to return the goods to us.

Damaged Goods
If you receive damaged or faulty items, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Provide as much detail as possible, including photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging, especially showing the intact seal on broken bottles.

Please retain the product, box, and packaging until we instruct further.
