Christmas Orders

• For guaranteed deliveries before 25th December all orders need to be placed by Friday 20th December 2024. All orders after this date will be fulfilled on Friday 27th December. 

New Years Orders

• For guaranteed deliveries for New Year's Eve all orders need to be placed by 12 Noon on Saturday 28th December 2024. All orders after this date will be fulfilled but cannot be guaranteed to arrive by the 31st December 2024.

Delivery Charges

• Standard Delivery (within 2-4 working days): £4.95 
• Free Delivery: Orders of £50 and over are eligible for free delivery.

Delivery Information

Our standard deliveries are made during regular business hours, Monday to Friday. To ensure a smooth delivery process, someone over the age of 18 must be present to sign for the parcel upon arrival.

After processing (which may be subject to delays if any items are out of stock, in which case we will notify you), orders are dispatched using a 24-hour service to most mainland UK destinations. Delivery times are estimated but not guaranteed.
