Forgotten Ultrasonic Aperitivo fuses old and new for an evolved Amaro; an intricate blend of intense fruit, complex bitterness and bright fruit acidity.
This fresh Aperitivo is precision blended from cold macerated second-life orange and lemon peels, wonky British raspberries and ultrasonic extractions of traditional botanicals.
Ultrasonic is an aperitivo amaro - its bitterness is carefully integrated with the other elements so that it supports but doesn't take over. If you are looking for Malört - this isn't it.
We bottle in recycled wine bottles collected from our customers. Wine is bottled at 75cl but as a spirit we have to bottle at 70cl - which is why the fill level looks low.
