Contemporary take on the classic Negroni - lighter, brighter and packed with citrus.
Ingredients
- 25ml Forgotten Ultrasonic Aperitivo
- 25ml London Dry Gin (we like Hepple)
- 25ml Red Vermouth (we like Carpano Antica Fomula)
Garnish; orange peel
Method
- Build in the glass of your choice, over lots of fresh cubed ice.
- Stir to combine and garnish with an orange twist.
